COVID-19 STORE POLICIES & PROCEDURES
It is our mission to assist the bride(s) in finding the perfect dress while maintaining, to the best of our abilities, the safety of all our guests, our staff, and promoting community safety during the Covid-19 pandemic.
STORE POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Guided by the CDC guidelines in order to mitigate the spread of Corona virus, we are implementing the following policies and procedures as of May 15, 2020:
(a) Each and every owner, employee, contractor or affiliate of Dantela Bridal Couture that is present during each appointment, is required to wear a face mask or face covering (scarf/bandana) that fully covers the nose and mouth for the duration of the appointment.
(b) Each and every owner, employee, contractor or affiliate of Dantela Bridal Couture is required to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds in the store bathroom, before and after each appointment, before and after lunch break, and after using the bathroom.
(c) We are dedicating one hour between each appointment for the following cleaning and disinfecting procedures:
– 70% propyl alcohol and/or disinfectant wipes will be used to wipe frequently touched surfaces and objects such as tables, door knobs, light switches, door handles, desks, phone, keyboards, toilet, faucet, sink, hand held mirrors and wall mirrors.
– Floors in high traffic areas such as hallways, fitting rooms and viewing areas will be thoroughly vacuumed.
– Each dress that was tried on will be steamed after each appointment.
(d) Until further notice, Dantela Bridal Couture is limiting the number of quests to 2 per appointment/per bride for a total of 3 persons present for each in-store appointment.
(e) Dantela Bridal Couture is requiring of each quest on premise to wear a face mask or a face covering (scarf/bandana) that fully covers the nose and mouth for the duration of the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that refuses to wear a mask or a face covering.
(f) In order to facilitate the steaming/cleaning of each dress after each appointment, Dantela Bridal Couture is limiting the number of dresses to try on to 5 maximum per appointment/per bride.
(g) Dantela Bridal Couture is requiring that each guest washes their hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 30 seconds when they first enter the premises in the bathroom on premise.
By accepting an appointment at Dantela Bridal Couture and/or by entering the premises at 4370 W Touhy Avenue, Lincolnwood IL 60714, each guest and bride, after fully and carefully considering all the potential risks involved, agrees to release and hold-harmless Dantela Bridal Couture and its owners, employees, contractors or affiliates from and against, all claims and liability resulting from exposure to disease-causing organisms and objects, such as COVID-19.
Dantela Bridal Couture reserves the right to change the Policies & Procedures at any time for any reason.
